Who Am I Wednesday

This is the first of what I hope to become a weekly little installment on hump day, called "Who Am I Wednesday."  It's very simple, really.  I will post small snippets of something/someone/someplace and let you guess just what it is a fragment of.

It's Static! Our sweet tuxedo-marked kitty, named for the band 65daysofstatic, who we saw play live twice the week that Static joined our family. He has a mellow demeanor and a horribly annoying meoooooww.
