500 Miles of Swimming
Back in January, I joined the Go The Distance program that US Masters Swimming offers, which helps you log your workouts and allows you to set a goal for the year. It then keeps track of your progress, giving weekly, monthly, and overall totals throughout the months you participate.
Though nowadays, I am not neurotic about the amount of yardage I complete in my workouts (as compared to my mindset earlier in year), it was still fun yesterday when my little progress bar lit all the way up and I passed my 100% mark, which meant passing the 500 mile goal I had set 10 months ago.
Yay!
