My 100 IM Swim (Video): Time For Me to Watch, Learn, and Improve

My awesome friend Rob shot this video of me last Saturday swimming the 100 I.M. (Individual Medley); which is one lap of each stroke: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle.

I was happy with this swim last weekend, as I dropped my time by almost four seconds to a 1:07.44.

After watching it quite a few times though, I realize that there are several little things that I can focus on and try to improve upon; hopefully, in time to put them into play when I swim it one week from tomorrow at the USMS Nationals in Atlanta.

Life is truly about constant learning and improving, isn't it? I am so stoked that I get the chance to try and do both.

Happy weekend, my friends!

The only thing I learned from this is you kicked that water's ass!

Can't wait for Nationals! What an inspiration!

Clayton is yelling "Go, go, go, go!" in my ear as we watch! You just rock :)! It is so much fun to watch you swim! Amazing!
