More Swimming Videos Thanks to LiveSwim.net
Yesterday I posted a video of my 100 IM race that was shot by my friend, Rob. And then this morning I realized that liveswim.net had posted the entire Mission Viejo Zone Championships on their site (yay, they rock), so I thought I would include the same race from a different perspective (side-view). I'm in Lane 5 and they actually do a close-up shot of me getting out of the water at the end.

- 50 Freestyle (I'm in Lane 7 - farthest from the camera)
- 50 Backstroke (I'm in Lane 7 again - farthest from the camera)
- and if you aren't bored out of your mind... my 500 Freestyle (I'm in Lane 1 - closest to the camera).
We leave for Atlanta for Nationals on Wednesday morning. I'm so excited, nervous, and looking forward to a fun meet! Thanks for the fantastic support throughout this little swimming adventure I have embarked upon.

Yay, this was so cool to watch live. What a great site, they had your times and points posted almost immediately after you swam, very cool indeed!
I hope they do something like this for Nationals...

I can't remember if I commented on the MIssion Viejo event before, so if I didn't: YAYAYAY!! If I did: YAYAYAY!! I watched the first three videos. I love swimming the 500, but watching it (not live)...not quite as much, haha! I'm super pumped to see how you do in Nationals, since I know you're going to rock it!

i love blueberries and now i find out they are loaded with antioxidant properties which means they are great for me. I’m trying some other fruits but i keep going back to blueberry
